The Texas House Speaker apologized Tuesday for “terrible things” he allegedly pronounced about House colleagues on a secretly available review with a regressive activist, reports said.

Speaker Dennis Bonnen, a Republican, sent out an reparation email to a 149 members of a state House. The reparation stemmed from his purported remarks during a Jun assembly with Michael Quinn Sullivan, a regressive activist. He was also with state Rep. Dustin Burrows.

Sullivan, a CEO of Empower Texans, a regressive non-profit focused on compelling free-market beliefs in a state, claimed that Bonnen and Burrows spoke about charity his classification House media certification in sell for creation attacks opposite a “hit list” of 10 Republican House members they wanted to aim during to 2020 choosing primary election, a Texas Tribune reported.
