Samsung may have another surprise this month
Until now, we were pretty convinced that Samsung only had plans to announce the Android-powered Galaxy Tab S3 during Mobile World Congress. That tablet might be joined by another one.
The still-rumored Galaxy Galaxy TabPro S2 recently passed through the FCC where it was spotted with the model number SM-W727V. The model lines up relatively nicely with that of the Galaxy Tab Pro S, SM-W700, providing a bit of evidence that the device will follow as a successor to last year’s model.
Images posted on the FCC’s website also indicate that the Galaxy TabPro S2, or whatever the final name is, will ultimately land on Verizon Wireless. We can gain a bit of additional information from one photo; a headphone jack can be spotted and it looks like there’s a microSD hatch on one side (just a guess).
