In addition to a cleaner design, smaller bezels, and improved camera, one of the big features rumored for launch in the Galaxy S8 is Bixby, the Korean company’s new assistant. Whether it’s based on Viv’s technology or not, it’ll be under intense scrutiny when it’s available.
Before we can see how it stacks up to Siri, Google Assistant, and Cortana, you’re free to critique what could be the AI’s logo.
Spotted by Neowin in a trademark application, the B logo is reportedly for an “interactive computer software enabling exchange of information.†Because we’ve never seen this logo represent any previous Samsung products, it’s likely to be introduced when Bixby is finally unveiled.

Not that a logo completely represents the quality of a product, but it’s certainly different. It doesn’t really look like the letter B at all, which I suppose is the point. It has a kind of avant-garde look, with a backwards C sitting atop an extended U.
The Galaxy S8 is expected to be unveiled in March, followed by an April release.
