RHOBH’s Bozoma Saint John Buys Daughter a $110K Maserati for 16th Birthday
Bozoma Saint John surprised her daughter, Lael Saint John, with a splashy new ride for her milestone 16th birthday.
“You’re getting a Maserati!” the reality star, 49, gushed on the Thursday, February 5, episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after Lael passed her driving test.
Lael got the keys to her new ride — a Grecale Trofeo known for its high performance and luxury — with a big red bow on it.
Producers noted the car costs a staggering $110,200. Models typically come with a powerful twin-turbo V6 engine, adaptive air suspension and all-wheel drive, plus tech features including a dual touchscreen setup, Sonus Faber audio, adaptive cruise control and a 360-degree camera. (Maserati previously used engines built by Ferrari.)
Lael was smiling from ear to ear when her car was driven down the street outside their house. During the unveiling, Boz gave Lael a sweet embrace and told her, “I love you. You deserve it.”
In honor of the special occasion, Boz and her daughter rocked matching T-shirts printed with her face on a fake driver’s license. (Boz shares Lael with her late husband, Peter Saint John, who died in 2013.)
Boz previously revealed that Lael has to make a strong pitch when she wants a particular gift for the holidays. “Every year, Lael presents her Christmas wish list,” the Bravolebrity captioned her Instagram post in December 2025. “She doesn’t ask. She PITCHES.”
“She’s been doing this since she was three years old. Yes, I’m in the position give her a lot… but I want her to understand VALUE. Why she wants something? How she’ll use it? And whether it’s still going to matter in three months? So she makes a case. A real one,” Boz continued. “And no … I don’t go easy on her. I treat her exactly like I would anyone presenting to me in a boardroom. Weak logic gets challenged. Flimsy arguments get torn apart. Convince me.”
During the episode, Boz’s fertility journey with her fiancé, Keely Watson, was also covered. She caught up with her fertility doctor, Dr. Cindy Duke, on a Zoom call amid the couple’s hopes to expand their family.
“I have even more intense feelings today than I did when the eggs were retrieved,” Boz said in a confessional. “I am more anxious. I am more excited. I am more nervous.”

Dr. Duke informed Boz that two eggs were “successfully fertilized with sperm,” but unfortunately, “neither has made it to the blastocyst stage.”
“The biggest egg factor unfortunately is the age of the egg,” she continued. “What we can do is try to support them, but there’s nothing we can do to restructure eggs. The big question now is any openness to the idea of using eggs from someone younger, but we only have a finite window.”
Although Boz was disappointed with the news, Watson, 48, showed his support, telling her to remain optimistic and “focus on being as healthy as we can for this next round.”
