Though many movie theaters are still closed, it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy movie night on a seriously impressive screen. While it’s normally expensive to upgrade to a top-of-the-line television, such is not the case today. For a limited time, one of Samsung’s premium, QLED TVs is down to a way lower price than usual.
Right now at BH Photo, shoppers can score the Samsung Q9F TV—one of the brand’s top-tier QLED TVs—for $200 off its usual price. This particular 75-inch model originally sold for around $3,799.99, but since its release in 2017, it has come down a bit, regularly going for around $3000 at other retailers.
Samsung TVs are known far and wide to have some of the best color displays and HDR on the market, the Q9 included. When we tested Samsung’s Q9 line of televisions a few years ago, we were dazzled by the visual specs. The crystal clear colors and brightness blew us away, which is owed to Samsung’s quantum-dot technology (hence the Q in QLED). That makes this TV particularly good at combatting glare in light-filled rooms. In fact, our Home Theater Editor, Lee Neikirk, referred to it as a “damn good-looking TV….[that will] seriously impress you.”
Another highlight of the Q9F is Samsung’s Smart Hub—a user-friendly interface that allows you to navigate TV settings, adjust modes, scroll through streaming apps and more. We also have to mention the included One Connect Box, which is an external device that provides easy access to all the video and audio inputs so you won’t have to reach behind the TV itself. This feature also makes it a great option for wall-mounting!
If you’re in the market for a new TV, this is one worthwhile deal that’s sure to kick your home entertainment setup up a notch. And with these savings, it’s a great opportunity to treat yourself to a viewing experience that’ll really knock your socks off.
