Nintendo’s President is enjoying an absolutely insane approval rating

What’s it like to have a corporate president with a positive approval rating? Just ask Nintendo, whose president Tatsumi Kishima enjoys an unreal 97.70 percent approval rating with shareholders. Voting for the board of directors went underway during Nintendo’s 77th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Meeting, and the results show that Kishima enjoys an even higher rating than that of legendary game designer Shigeru Miyamoto!

Tatsumi Kimishima: 97.70 %
Shigeru Miyamoto: 97.59 %
Shinya Takahashi: 97.65 %
Shuntaro Furukawa: 97.65 %
Ko Shiota: 97.65 %

Not bad for a guy who was originally only supposed to hold the position for a year, standing in after the tragic passing of the previous president, Satoru Iwata. In fact, his approval rating leaped from last year, when it was only 87.14 percent.
