Moto Z2 Force now available in the United States

Motorola, under the wing of Lenovo, has launched the Moto Z2 Force in the U.S. The handset is available through all four major carriers — ATT, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon — with pricing starting at $15 per month on a two-year contract or $720 outright.

To the untrained eye, the Moto Z2 Force is exactly the same as the Moto Z2 Play; both sport a 5.5-inch LED display and a modular design. But when you compare them on paper, you’ll discover the truth (spoiler: the former is a lot more powerful).

Most importantly, the Moto Z2 Force supports Moto Mods — so if you decide to pick one up, you’ll be able to take advantage of the Gamepad Controller that Verizon launched on Thursday. That is, of course, if you don’t mind shelling out $79.99 for the privilege.
