Lily Collins dipped back into her character Emily Cooper’s closet while reflecting on some of her best outfits from season 5 of Emily in Paris.
“Lady in red — one of my favorite looks,” she captioned her Instagram post on Sunday, December 28, also expressing her gratitude toward fans who binged the latest episodes and kept her show on top of the charts. “Thank you for making @emilyinparis #1 on @netflix for a whole week! We’re feeling the love and couldn’t do this without you…”
Collins, 36, showcased her ensemble that was nothing short of a Parisian daydream, rocking a red sheer long-sleeved top with an intricate pattern and skirt with a striking bubble hem silhouette from Marine Serre’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection.
The look was paired with matching mesh flock tights and pointed toe “Glass” Paul Andrew pumps in “tomato spazzolato,” which came equipped with a sculptural translucent plexiglass heel that is nearly four inches tall, inspired by East London-based glass blower Jochen Holz.
“You look amazing in those shoes. Hope you enjoyed wearing them as much as I enjoyed seeing you wear them,” the famed fashion and footwear designer gushed.
To complete her iconic ensemble, Collins carried the 3D-printed Alhambra bag courtesy of Egyptian brand MESH–MESH, which retails for $746.
“With its popping color hues and fun sculptural form, the Alhambra bag is designed to make a statement — whether you’re stepping out for a night in the city or an event to remember,” according to the website’s description, which noted that it is Inspired by travels to Granada, Spain, and “captures the spirit of the Red Palace” thanks to its “mesmerizing geometry and poetic details.”
Several fans raved over her style in the comments and sang their praises over her red hot outfit. “So cute! I loved this look. Devoured the whole season already ♥️,” one viewer wrote. “Love the red! Plus the shoes are so fun 🔥,” another echoed. “Love watching! It’s just a feast for the eyes in every way,” a third person agreed.
The streaming platform dropped all 10 episodes, which follows Cooper’s journey as a fashionista with her own signature flair, on December 18 as she juggles a lingerie campaign, Venice Fashion Week and her personal life — including how she wanted to navigate her romance with Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) in Rome.
Although Emily in Paris hasn’t been renewed for season 6, fans are hopeful for the show to get the green light to film more episodes.

“Assuming we’re picked up, I want to go back to Paris. But I want to go other places too,” director and executive producer Andrew Fleming exclusively told Us Weekly about his plans for the future. “It’s teased where we might end up going at the end of season 5 — there’s a possibility we’ll be going there, to Greece.”
Samuel Arnold, who portrays Julian, was just as enthused about a possible relocation, telling Us, “I am not going to lie. If they want to shoot in Greece, whatever the reason I say, ‘Let’s go.’ I’ve never been to Greece.”
Emily in Paris is available to stream on Netflix.
