Karim Baratov, purported Yahoo hacker, pleads not guilty in U.S. court
Karim Baratov, a 22-year-old charged in tie with a large penetrate of Yahoo, pleaded not guilty to all charges opposite him in a San Francisco courtroom on Wednesday morning, according to one of his lawyers.
U.S. authorities lay Baratov, a Kazakhstan-born Canadian citizen, was a “hacker for hire” with Russian ties.
His U.S.-based lawyer, Andrew Mancilla, reliable his customer was extradited from Canada on Tuesday and is in sovereign control south of a border.
Baratov, who owned a home in Ancaster, Ont., is approaching behind in justice subsequent Tuesday morning.
He waived his right to an extradition hearing final Friday in a Hamilton court.

The U.S. also charged dual Russian comprehension officers and a fourth male with hacking Yahoo accounts.
Baratov’s lawyers have pronounced their customer had no thought who he was traffic with, or accurately what he was doing.
