The IT researcher who helped stop a widespread of a WannaCry malware progressing this year has been arrested by a FBI after he attended hacking conferences in Las Vegas.
As first reported by Vice’s record news website Motherboard, 23-year-old Briton Marcus Hutchins was incarcerated by authorities after attending a Black Hat and DEF CON record conferences in Las Vegas.Â
