Roger Myette suspicion he’d take his cousins from Brooklyn, New York, out to a locate a few fish on Sunday. Turns out they weren’t the usually ones on a hunt.
No earlier had they put their lines in a H2O by a generating hire in Holyrood when a shark swam adult and attempted to snap a fish right off their hooks.
“I said, ‘the shark’s not removing my fish’,” Myette told a St. John’s Morning Show on Monday.

Both his cousins any had a cod on a line when a shark swam by looking for a snack. It took a gash during one fish during initial and afterwards a other. Both times, Myette’s cousins managed to get a fish adult out of a H2O before a shark could sink its teeth into them.
Myette says a shark was about 6 to 8 feet prolonged and had been sneaking around a H2O all day.

He says his companions were vehement to see a animal, and not frightened during all.
“As shortly as we said, ‘shark!’ they all ran to my side of a boat,” he said. “They were all looking down, observant ‘cool, demeanour during that!'”
By day’s end, Myette and his organisation held their quota.
No word on a shark’s catch, though.
