Brooks Nader is embracing her natural look.
Nader, 28, exclusively opened up to Us Weekly about dissolving her filler and receiving positive feedback from her fans while celebrating the launch of her Hotline partnership with John Frieda in New York City on Thursday, February 12.
“I honestly felt really good about it, because I feel like I get a lot of the comments that are like, ‘You look 40, you look 40, you look 40,’” Nader explained to Us, laughing. “I’m like, ‘What? I don’t want to be 40.’”
The Love Thy Nader star added that she was “pleasantly surprised” by the kinder comments she was getting after ditching her filler. “Everyone’s like, ‘Finally, you actually look like 28.’” She also shared that her parents, Breaux Nader and Holland Greene Nader, told her she doesn’t look “blown up” anymore.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model revealed to Us that she started experimenting with filler at just 18 years old. “When I was 18 and I moved to New York, I was like, ‘I’m gonna get filler. I’m gonna do all these treatments, I’m gonna get lipo, whatever it is.’”
She elaborated, “My parents gave me, like, $1000 and they were like, ‘Have fun.’” She took the money and collaborated with dermatologists to get her desired look at the time. “I felt like it was what everyone was doing,” Nader noted. “I was thrown into this world of Hollywood and chasing perfection. And I thought that getting filler was the answer.”
Now, she’s dissolved her “cheek, jaw and lip” filler. “We’re back to square one,” she said, gushing that she’s returned to her “true, authentic self.”
When asked if she would get filler again down the line, Nader said she is open to the idea. “I never say never to anything because if I age, you never know,” she shared. “For right now, I’m loving my smile and how I’m looking. I feel like I’m looking like my old self again.”
Nader went on to tell Us that she always plans to keep an “open line of communication with [her] audience” about what she’s doing to maintain her glow.

The It Girl also opened up about her partnership with John Frieda, in which she starred alongside her sisters Sarah Jane Nader, Grace Ann Nader and Mary Holland Nader.
“John Frieda is just one of those brands that has been like in the Nader household from day one,” Brooks said. “Hair and I have a crazy relationship,” she added, laughing about the fact she wasn’t allowed to shave her legs until she turned 16 years old. “I remember the only thing I could possibly steal [from my mom] because [she] would lock away the razors is John Frieda [products]. John Frieda, in a way, saved me from day one to impress boys or go out to a party that I wasn’t supposed to go to.”
“I have a history with the brand, and I think that the new technology has something for everyone,” Brooks continued. “Our mom used to always have John Frieda hairspray on her counter top and you always want to emulate your mom.”
