Aston Martin Vanquish S Volante sports a drop-top

Aston Martin recently unveiled a new version of the Vanquish S, the Vanquish S Volante, a luxury coupe with a drop-top. It’s perfect for turning heads as you cruise up PCH to Malibu on a sunny Thursday. If you have a Vanquish S Volante, you’ve earned the day off. Don’t worry, the bond market can wait.

According to CarThrottle, the Vanquish S Volante sports the same engine found in the regular Vanquish S, which means you’ll find a 5.9-litre V12 that offers 595bhp.

You’ll note the carbon fiber accents above the exhaust in the images above, as well as the same exact body design. The real big difference here is that, come a nice sunny day when you’ve got your significant other in the side seat, you can roll back the top. Just don’t forget to tie down the bags of money in the bag seat.

Expect to pay more

The standard Vanquish S will set you back about £199,950 ($250,000), so expect to sell off a couple hundred Apple shares for the convertible upgrade, chap.
