CAS confirms permit opposite Bolivia for fielding incompetent player

FIFA has taken note of a preference by a Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in a box involving a Bolivian Football Association (FBF), who was authorised by a FIFA Disciplinary Committee for fielding an incompetent actor in a rough foe matches for a 2018 FIFA World Cup Russiaâ„¢ played between Bolivia and Peru on 1 Sep 2016 and between Chile and Bolivia on 6 Sep 2016.
