When and where is a draw?
The pull starts during 13:00CET on Friday 23 February. It takes place during a House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
How will a pull work?
It is an open draw. There is no seeding or nation insurance so all 16 balls will be placed in a same bowl. Based on decisions taken by a UEFA Executive Committee, teams from Russia and Ukraine can't be drawn together.

When are a ties?
In principle, games will be played on Thursdays 8 and 15 Mar during 19:00CET and 21:05CET, with a accurate report reliable after a draw. The teams drawn initial will be during home in a initial legs.
