The storm was downgraded from a hurricane to a tropical storm Sunday morning as it made landfall in eastern Long Island and southern New England. Sustained winds of up to 70 miles per hour have been reported.

The Twins-Yankees game originally scheduled for Sunday will be played Monday, Sept. 13 at 2:05 p.m. ET. Fans can use tickets for Sunday’s game on the rescheduled date or exchange them for other regular season Yankees games tickets if available.
The Rangers-Red Sox game Sunday at Fenway Park was postponed and will be played Monday at 1:10 p.m. ET. Tickets for the original date and time will be honored.
The final round and trophy presentation of the Northern Trust at Liberty National in New York will be played Monday. Competition will start no earlier than 7:30 a.m., with tee times to be announced Sunday afternoon.
Round three was played Saturday before much of the tournament’s infrastructure was taken down in preparation for the storm. Monday’s round will be played in threesomes and on both tees to move as quickly as possible.
