Raspberry mousse cakes sole in mixed provinces removed by CFIA for norovirus

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling a series of hiss mousse cakes after it was detected a desserts contained norovirus. 

The group released an stretched recall on Wednesday, naming a products have been distributed in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador. The notice also pronounced that some of a product might have been distributed “possibly nationally.”

Initially, a group usually released a remember warning for products sole in Quebec. According to a updated notice, some people have fallen ill from eating a cakes. 

The preference to remember a products was done after a group investigated a foodborne illness outbreak.

Number of brands recalled

The removed hiss mousse cakes embody a variety brand names, including Michaud, Jessica, Laura Secord and Top Dessert.

These products might have been sole solidified or refrigerated, or clerk-served from bakery-pastry counters with or but a tag or coding.

The group warns consumers not to eat a products, and it says people should possibly chuck them out or return them to a retailer.

It advises restaurants, hotels and food retailers not to offer a product and to check their product labels to safeguard they are not carrying a contaminated goods.

Anyone who believes they became ill after eating a product should hit their doctor.
