On Saturday, Tiffany Haddish celebrated having over three years of sobriety – 11 days after avoiding jail time over her second DUI charge.

‘Life is awesome!’ the 46-year-old comedian – who boasts 15 million social media followers – wrote on X.

‘No more waking up in pain. No more waking up next to ugly people. No more toxic relationships. And narcissists REALLY don’t like sober Tiffany because I don’t feed into the mess anymore. It’s actually funny how fast a sober mind will run a toxic soul right up out of your life.’

Haddish continued: ‘Giving up alcohol gave me clarity. Over three years with no alcohol, and I can see my dreams clearer than ever. And now I actually believe I’m going to make every damn one of them come true.’

The Emmy and Grammy winner said she stopped drinking when she realized how alcohol fueled crimes like domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, theft and battery while ‘sitting in court.’

‘I really wonder what would happen if everybody stopped drinking for just six weeks,’ Haddish wrote.

‘How many arguments wouldn’t happen? How many bad decisions wouldn’t get made? How many people wouldn’t end up in court?’

The Daily Mail has reached out to the Jimmy Kimmel Live guest host’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The trouble for Haddish began in 2022 when the Peachtree City Police caught her sleeping behind the wheel in Georgia, which led to her first DUI.

The LAPD then caught the SI Swimsuit cover girl slumped in her car blocking traffic in Beverly Hills, California in 2023 with a .08% BAC hours and she took a plea deal for probation with a charge of reckless driving.

On August 11, Haddish pled guilty to ‘DUI driving less safe’ (misdemeanor alcohol-related driving charge) in another plea deal that allowed her to avoid jail time.

The Masked Singer Le Who Who’s sentence included one year of probation, the suspension of her driving privileges in the state of Georgia, random drug/alcohol testing, a DUI course and 40 hours of community service.

‘I’m never coming back! No more Georgia! No more!’ Haddish declared via Zoom at the court hearing.
