Former SNL cast member Maya Rudolph is tapped to host the iconic sketch comedy show when it returns from a brief hiatus on March 27 with rapper Jack Harlow as musical guest.

We will have to wait and see whether Jonas will continue the recent tradition of hosts leaving an encouraging message on a Post-It for the following week’s host.

Just before the Jonas Brothers star took to the SNL stage on February 27, he confirmed he got a sweet message from last week’s host Regé-Jean Page.

Jonas, 28, took a mirror selfie of himself standing next to the yellow note from the Bridgerton actor.

‘Just have the BEST time Nick! Rege X,’ Page wrote in his message to the singer and actor.

Along with showing off the note, Jonas wrote in response, ‘That’s the plan! Thanks for the note @regepage,’ along with the muscle emoji in his Instagram Story post.

The new trend started a few weeks ago when Schitt’s Creek star Dan Levy left a sweet note for the following week’s host Regina King.

‘Regina! You got this! Much love, Dan,’ the Post-It note read that was left on her dressing room mirror.

King shared a photo of the message on her Instagram Story, while adding, ‘Awww. You’re the best @instadanjlevy You crushed it! #snl’

Wanting to pay it forward, the Oscar-winning King wrote a message of encouragement for Page ahead of his hosting duties last week.

‘Rege-Jean, you got next and you are going to be amazing!!! I’m a big fan. Regina K,’ the If Beale Street Could Talk star wrote in her message to the British-born star in his dressing room.

He then followed suit with his act of kindness to Jonas.

Jonas not only played host, he also performed as the musical guest.
