Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s young daughter North West declared that horror film The Conjuring 3 is her ‘favorite movie’ in a TikTok video posted on Sunday.
The 9-year-old shared a clip called ‘Beginning my day’ to the official kimandnorth TikTok account that boasts 9.4M followers. (The account has been a point of contention between Kim and her ex husband, who disapproves of their daughter being on social media.)
In less that two hours, the clip amassed more that 890,000 views.
Set to the Katy Perry track California Gurls, North began the TikTok clip by claiming that she starts her morning watching her ‘favorite movie.’
The tween shared a screen grab image of The Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me Do It, a horror film starring Vera Farmiga. It follows a couple who are paranormal investigators looking into a murder linked to demonic possession.
The film is rated R by the Motion Picture Association for featuring ‘terror, violence and some disturbing images’.
It’s unclear if North has actually seen the film, or if she was simply toying around.
An influencer at 9: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter North shared a glimpse of her morning routine with 9.4 million TikTok followers on Sunday
Scream! North began her first clip by claiming that she started her morning by watching ‘my favorite movie’ The Conjuring 3
North went on to film herself getting her hair done, noting it looks ‘so cute’.
She finished the video by showing off an outfit that she had put together for the day while posing in her pink bedroom.
She later shared a clip of herself lip-syncing to a sped-up version of Michael Jackson’s hit track Beat It.
North is an avid TikTok user, having posted more than 150 videos to the account she shares with her mother.
But her social media activities have previously been met with the disapproval of her father, 45.
In February, the rapper shared a screenshot from one of his daughter’s videos to his Instagram account.

He also added a text graphic to his post that read: ‘Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on Tik Tok against my will?’
Kim fired back in a statement that read: ‘As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision — because it brings her happiness.
The former couple’s relationship is more strained than ever since Kanye caused outrage at Paris Fashion Week by wearing a White Lives Matter shirt and went on to make anti-Semitic statements on Twitter.
The reality megastar was married to the Stronger rapper from 2014 until 2021. They also have three other children; Saint, six, Chicago, four and three-year-old Psalm.
Disapproval: The Grammy Award-winning rapper shared a message in the caption of a now-deleted post that read: ‘I told y’all before about this tik tok stuff’; he is seen with North in 2020
‘Now my 8 year old on here singing she fell in love with an emo girl Leftist don’t want fathers to have no say in our childrens lives,’ she said.
West later shared a clip to his account, in which he stated that he had spoken to his former wife regarding the issue.
‘Hey everybody, I just got off the phone with Kim. I told her to stop antagonizing me with this TikTok thing. I said never again,’ he said.
