Million Dollar Listing New York star Fredrik Eklund is renting out his stunning 5,144 square foot country home while he spends his summer with his husband and two children in Beverly Hills.

The 43-year-old agent is looking for someone to take his sprawling home located in the town of Roxbury in Connecticut for almost four months for a staggering $150,000.

‘We’ll be renting out our country home in Connecticut this summer,’ the Swedish real estate expert wrote on Instagram. ‘Available Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.’
