Love Island USA season 8 contestant Kenzie Annis has responded to accusations that she’s a Trump supporter.

In a recent TikTok livestream, the 24-year-old star set the record straight on her political stance.

Responding to a comment claiming she was a Trump follower, she said, ‘That’s so funny ’cause I’m not a Trump supporter.’

She added an expletive-laced remark, telling viewers, ‘You guys can f*** the f*** off.’

Annis then added about people’s tendency to stereotype her, ‘Just ’cause I’m blonde and white doesn’t mean I’m a f***ing Trump supporter.’

It comes after she exited the Peacock reality series earlier this month with co-star-turned-boyfriend Dylan Wrona, also 24.

Wrona professed his adoration for Annis in an Instagram post on Thursday.

He captioned photos of them in New York City, ‘Getting to know you in the villa was unforgettable, but falling for you in the real world was all too easy.

‘It didn’t take me long to realize there was no other way – I had to make you my girlfriend! And what better place to do it than on the top of NYC❤️❤️❤️.’

The LA-based model added, ‘I’m so excited for all the memories we are going to make.’

Earlier this month Annis was a guest on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she opened up about how she was perceived during her time on Love Island.

‘I don’t know why the girls were holding me to a different standard,’ she said about the criticism she faced for exploring connections with different suitors on the show.

‘Especially after getting out, it does feel, like, sexist almost, because I’m not a male and it’s like I can’t move like them maybe,’ she pondered.

‘It was hard,’ she said about how her dating life became internet fodder.

‘I didn’t feel that supported at that time,’ she shared. ‘[It] probably [did impact my friendships] a little bit. Just when you don’t feel as supported as you want to feel [by] your friends. But we did get over it and we talked about it. But yeah, it definitely hurt.’

She went on to say, ‘I was feeling like I wasn’t allowed to talk to two people at once. It just made no sense in my mind.

‘I’m like, “Where are we right now?” I’m very confused and feeling like I was just getting s*** on over and over for exploring when no one was closed off.’

Annis candidly added that before joining the Love Island cast, she had been practicing celibacy.

She also said, ‘[My body count] was four [men] for a while and it was only my boyfriends – the guys that I had very seriously talked to.’

The TV personality said she prefers an emotionally-connected relationship over casual sex.

‘I was just like, I like to be a relationship girl,’ she explained. ‘So I stopped because I wasn’t talking to anyone. I wasn’t going to do it. Then I’m like, well, I’m going on Love Island. I’ll just hopefully find my man there.’

Why do you think reality TV stars face so much backlash over their personal beliefs and choices?
