Khloe Kardashian takes superfan to prom, proving dreams really do come true

The mom in me cares about the lawn photos. You know the ones, the photos where the family captures the gussied-up prom dates on the lawn so they can share them with their friends on social media. It’s a rite of passage and a necessary (though sometimes embarrassing) evil for teens.  

And yaaaaasssss for Khloe Kardashian! The 34-year-old “Revenge Body” star went all in when she took a high-school teenager who happens to be one of her biggest fans to prom over the weekend.  

Behold the lawn photos. She shared the shots, writing, “My very first prom and I went with THE BEST date ever.”

Her lucky prom date was a superfan and Hoover High School student in Glendale, California, named Narbeh, who runs the Instagram fan account @narbehkardash, which has 240,000 followers. According to Narbeh, he met Kardashian on social media and the two have exchanged messages online.

We weren’t kidding about Kardashian being in it to win it. She even got pinned with a corsage. Scroll through more lawn prom pics to see that one, which Narbeh captioned, “Wow. Sharing my prom with @khloekardashian was an over the moon experience for me.”

Narbeh’s mom even chimed in: “My handsome son and his beautiful sweet date #kloekardashian.”

In his Instagram Story, Narbeh took videos of the two of them on the way to prom in what looks like a limo.

Once they arrived, they posed against the 2019 prom backdrop. Kardashian looks sleek in a black, long-sleeved dress with cutouts.

In one shot, they smiled cheek-to-cheek while he holds a sign that says, “Open Bar.” He clarified in the caption that the sign is a joke. “It’s a high school prom there would never be an open bar,” he wrote. In another photo, Kardashian kissed him on the cheek. In the final photo, Kardashian gives him a full-bodied hug and you can see her wearing what looks like a microphone. So perhaps she’s filming this for an upcoming episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”?

We’ll have to wait and see, and then maybe we’ll find out exactly how this prom date came to be.
