Katy Perry took to Instagram on Friday to share new loved up snaps with her politician boyfriend Justin Trudeau.

The 41-year-old pop star – who recently enjoyed a date night with her beau – nuzzled up to the former Canadian Prime Minister, 54, in two intimate snapshots.

The couple embraced in a beach cove while gazing out at the ocean in one picture.

And an up-close black and white photo showed the singer resting her head in he Trudeau’s neck as they both smiled softly.

Elsewhere in the carousel post, Perry shared a Scorpio horoscope reading, ‘A 7-year journey begins.’ 

The lovebirds were first romantically linked in July 2025 before going Instagram official in December.

The singer’s post served as a roundup of outtakes from the past month of her life, with the caption reading, ‘April showers bring May flowers.’

Perry additionally posted a jar of pickles with a label featuring a photo of her and Trudeau reading, ‘Katy and Justin’s pop and policy pickles.’ 

She shared a group photo from an April 23 Baby2Baby Mother’s Day event in Los Angeles. 

It featured her in a white T-shirt and red bandana while posing alongside ex-fiance Orlando Bloom’s ex-wife Miranda Kerr, 43.

The Firework hitmaker split from Bloom, with whom she shares five-year-old daughter Daisy, in early 2025.

The exes confirmed their breakup in July after swirling speculation about their relationship status.

The pair began dating in 2016 and got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019.

Over the summer, representatives for Perry and Bloom told DailyMail.com that had ‘been shifting their relationship…to focus on co-parenting.’

‘They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is – and always will be – raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect,’ said the insiders.

Trudeau’s 18-year-old son Xav recently expressed approval of his father’s highly publicized romance with Perry.

A budding musician, the teen revealed that Perry helps him musically as he asks for her advice about songs he’s working on.

Speaking on the Can’t Be Censored podcast, he said: ‘When I’m really happy with a song I send it to her. She’s always happy to give me advice or tell me what I should change.

‘She’s super nice. She’s super down to earth. She’s great. I think that my dad’s happy so that’s important.’

Xav said that he is ‘used’ to the noise that comes with his father dating a famous person after growing up in the public eye due to his dad’s role in politics.

He said that seeing a photo of his father and his new girlfriend together is ‘just like any other picture of my dad and my mom. Or just my dad.’
