Kardashian family granted permanent restraining order against ‘stalker’ who was ‘obsessed’ with Kylie Jenner
A Kardashian ‘stalker’ who was allegedly fixated on Kylie Jenner has now received court orders to stay away from the reality stars for the next three years.
Kyle Robert DeWick, 40, has been accused of making numerous unwanted visits to Kylie’s home in 2021 before he was arrested for trespassing. In recent months, Kris said DeWick had been reigniting his efforts to ‘get close to’ the family.
The family were granted a temporary restraining order in May but now the protection has been extended.
A judge granted the family a permanent restraining order against DeWick, according to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail.
The order, which lasts three years, will expire on July 31, 2029.
The Daily Mail has contacted Kardashian family representatives and DeWick for comment.

The court has ordered DeWick to remain at least 100 yards away from Kris Jenner, Kylie, Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney, Khloe, and Robert in addition to refrain from contacting them, attempt to obtain their address, and more.
The Kardashian’s alleged ordeal with DeWick dates back to 2021, when he repeatedly tried to see Kylie at home.
In court documents obtained by The Daily Mail, Kris claimed DeWick was ‘asked to leave’ by Kylie’s security.
However he allegedly persisted in his efforts until he was ‘arrested for trespassing’ on his fifth try.
She maintained she had been ‘informed’ that DeWick imagined in 2021 that Kris had ‘sent him messages acknowledging’ his love for Kylie and ‘encouraging’ him to propose to the lip kit mogul at her house.
Kris denied, for good measure, having ‘any relationship with DeWick’ and noted in her declaration: ‘I certainly would never tell a stranger to go to my daughter’s home.’
She claimed in her request for the restraining order that DeWick filed a federal petition in 2024 demanding ‘access’ to the Kardashian-Jenners and accusing her, Kylie, Kendall and Kim of surveilling him and ‘interfering’ with his ‘imagined relationship’ with Kylie.
Although Kris repudiated any charge of placing DeWick under surveillance, she added darkly in her court filing that ‘his claims and his anger at me are extremely concerning’ and insisted she was suffering ‘severe emotional distress and anxiety’ on his account.

Kris accused DeWick of having attempted twice in in the past few months to ‘get close’ to the Kardashian-Jenners by communicating with realtors about homes for sale ‘either by my family or near my family.’
She leveled the further allegations that ‘DeWick was able to gain access to my community and tour a home within a mile of my home and my children’s homes,’ and that he made efforts at getting in touch with her family’s neighbors.
Pointing out his purported ‘criminal history’ and claiming he had repeatedly ‘traveled from Colorado to California’ in order to ‘gain access to us,’ Kris, in her filing, professed herself ‘terrified’ of what DeWick ‘might do’ to her and her children.
Her filing included a declaration of John Romero, the director of investigations at the private security firm that Kris has enlisted for her personal protection.
Romero claimed DeWick had toured a property ‘adjacent’ to Kim’s – specifically, a house that had once been owned by her third ex-husband Kanye West.
DeWick was said to have made ‘pointed inquiries’ about the neighbors and insisted on meeting them before making an offer, which raised the seller’s antennae, after which that seller contacted Romero’s company.

Romero also alleged DeWick contacted a realtor about a property Kylie was selling, only to then submit a proof of funds document the realtor suspected was fake.
According to the security man’s declaration, he spoke to DeWick on the phone and ascertained that the alleged stalker believes one of the Kardashian-Jenners – whom Romero deduced to be Kylie – ‘is in love with him and has been pursuing him for years.’
Per his declaration, Romero also ‘investigated’ DeWick’s legal history and unearthed ‘news sources’ saying he once ‘broke into a residence’ and assaulted a sleeping 21-year-old man with a bedside lamp.
A 2011 report in an upstate New York newspaper called The Leader details just such a crime committed by a man called Kyle R. DeWick, whose age matches that of the supposed stalker against whom Kris just obtained a restraining order.
One of the exhibits enclosed in Kris’ legal filing was what she characterized as a copy of the federal petition DeWick submitted against her in 2024.
‘I was encouraged,’ the document supposedly by DeWick says: ‘to fall in love with someone who publicly stated they agreed, who still publicly states they are in love with me, but chose to impregnate themselves without me, as an affront, further complicating the public perception and protections provided to me as an individual.’
In her application for a restraining order, Kris stated unequivocally: ‘Kyle Robert Dewick is a stalker. I have no relationship whatsoever with him.’
