Jersey Shore star, 39, reveals she is pregnant with her first child after looking for a ‘sperm donor’

Jersey Shore veteran Angelina Pivarnick has shared she is pregnant with her first child.

The 39-year-old reality TV star has been documenting her fertility journey on the ninth season of her hit series Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.

On an episode of JSFV that aired on Thursday, the Staten Island native announced the happy news to friend Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola after her pregnancy test turned out positive.

‘There’s no way that it just happened naturally. There’s no sperm donor now,’ a stunned Pivarnick said to Giancola.

‘I did not think I was able to get pregnant, but, wow, I’m … pregnant,’ she added in a confessional. ‘This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.’

On an episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation that aired on Thursday, she announced the news to Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola after her pregnancy test turned out positive

Later in the episode, the star phoned a man who appears to be the father of the unborn child. She called him  ‘John Doe-Nor,’ which is a play on ‘donor.’ It was not made clear if she was dating John or if he agreed to just donate his sperm.

She has said in previous episodes of the show that she wanted to use a sperm donor to get pregnant. 

‘So, I have some news for you,’ she said on the phone call to John. ‘I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby!’

Pivarnick has yet to show off her baby bump, but she did post on X on Thursday evening, ‘Guys secrets out !!! I’m pregnant :).’ 

The Daily Mail has called her representative for a confirmation.

During the season’s premiere of JSFR that aired on May 7, Pivarnick revealed how she was hoping to get pregnant via a sperm donor.

She added that she kept a vial of sperm in her refrigerator. 

She also told her castmates that she was sleeping with ‘multiple’ men, joking that she has her ‘pickings.’

‘I have needs, and they have needs,’ Angelina said. ‘If it happened, that would be great. I would definitely welcome a pregnancy in my life right now.’

There was backlash over that and Pivarnick went on to insist she was ‘joking.’ 

‘Following last night’s episode, I want to address a moment that has clearly been misunderstood,’ she wrote. 

‘The comments I made were intended in jest and do not reflect my real life. There are no ‘multiple men’ and that narrative is simply not accurate. Anyone who truly knows me understands the kind of person I am and the values I stand by, especially when it comes to my relationships.’

Pivarnick turns 40 years old next month.
