Little People, Big World star Jacob Roloff announced on Twitter that his wife Isabel Roloff had given birth to a baby boy, which is their first child. 

‘My wife is a superhero, my son is an angel, and all nurses are saints goodnight,’ the new dad tweeted late on Sunday following his son’s birth. 

Jacob, 24, and Isabel, 25, began dating in 2014 and tied the knot nearly two years ago in Oregon.

He did not disclose the name of his son or the weight of the newborn. 

Little People, Big World is reality television series that premiered in March 2006, and airs on TLC.

The series chronicles the lives of the six-member Roloff family farm near Portland, Oregon. 

Many of the episodes focus on the parents, Matt, 60, and Amy, 57, and their children, 31-year-old Zach, who has dwarfism like his mom; Jeremy, who is Zach’s twin brother; Molly Jo, 28; and Jacob, 24.

In recent weeks, Isabel posted several photos of herself as a very pregnant mother-to-be. 

She is photographed alongside her husband and dogs, and grinning with happiness in a field of grass at their Oregon farm.

In one photo, Isabel wore a a full body-length, white embroidered shawl wrapped around her body with her flannel-shirt husband hugging her from behind.

Matt Roloff and Amy Roloff’s son revealed Isabel’s pregnancy news in a July Instagram post. ‘Not for you but us: I’m very happy to say, we’re having a son,’ wrote grandfather Matt at the time.

Nearly a year ago, Matt Roloff revealed that he was molested by a producer on Little People, Big World, via a statement on Instagram. 

Roloff said he does ‘not expect to provide details of this encounter at any point publicly,’ adding that the person sent him a text ‘years later’ in November 2015 that led him to contemplate going public with his story.
