Griffin faced evident backlash after a photos were expelled Tuesday. They were taken by luminary photographer Tyler Shields, who is famous for his provocative images.
Griffin after apologized. In a video posted on Instagram, she pronounced she “went approach too far.”
“I desire for your forgiveness. we went too far,” she said. “I done a mistake and we was wrong.”

The president’s son, Donald Trump Jr., called a imagery “disgusting though not surprising.” Chelsea Clinton called it “vile and wrong.”
Griffin is a longtime co-host of CNN’s annual New Year’s Eve coverage. CNN pronounced it was evaluating a matter and had done “no decisions during this point.”
“We found what she did outrageous and offensive,” a CNN orator said. “We are gratified to see she has apologized and asked that a photos be taken down.”
