The investigation, that has been going on for months, came to light on Wednesday after profession Judd Burstein, who represents clients who have brought passionate nuisance charges opposite Ailes, announced in a justice conference that one of his clients had perceived a summons relating to “alleged violations of rapist law by Fox.”

The subpoena, that was released by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara’s office, enclosed “alleged violations of rapist law by Fox,” Burstein said.
