Charlie Rose says he will bear heart surgery

TV publisher Charlie Rose will bear heart medicine this week.

Rose announced in a post on a CBS News website Wednesday that he will have an aorta valve transposed and step divided from “CBS This Morning” until Mar as he recovers.

“I can’t wait to be behind totally complacent with my heart recharged, my passion for a work forward eloquent and my fun during life’s pleasures high,” he wrote. “Until then, stay close.”

Rose, 75, pronounced surgeons put in a deputy valve roughly 15 years ago. On Thursday, he will have that valve replaced.

“The timing is my choice,” Rose wrote.

Rose did not horde “This Morning” on Wednesday. Co-anchors Gayle King and Norah O’Donnell pronounced they had any talked to him and he was in good spirits.

Rose has been partial of a uncover given 2012 though is also famous for a series of other ventures in journalism, many particularly a nightly talk module on PBS. He also contributes to “60 Minutes.”
