Danielle Olivera of Summer House fame was sued for $16,650 over allegations that she failed to pay rent over a three-month period.
The plaintiffs were her landlords, Csaba Kanyaro and Ana Kanyaro, at her two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment in Brooklyn.
Olivera stood accused of not paying the $5,550 monthly rent for November and December last year and January this year, in court documents obtained by TMZ.
Her landlords demanded not only that she reimburse them the amount owed, but also that she be ejected from the 1,246 sq ft residence.
However a source has now indicated Olivera’s ‘[r]ent is fully paid,’ the dispute has been settled and she and her landlords are on amicable terms.
The Daily Mail has contacted Olivera for comment.

Olivera joined Summer House in 2018 for the second season and remained on the show through the eighth season before leaving in 2024.
‘Ultimately, I just need to trust my gut,’ she explained on Instagram when she announced her departure from the Bravo series.

‘If I can’t put 100% of myself into filming, genuinely and authentically, it really doesn’t feel right doing it in a full time capacity,’ added Olivera, who runs a personal styling app. ‘The network, production, my cast, and especially all of you deserve that.’
News of her rent drama broke after the Summer House cast was plunged into controversy over a new romance between co-stars West Wilson and Amanda Batula.
Their relationship set off a public furor because Batula used to be best friends with Wilson’s recent ex Ciara Miller, while Wilson was also pals with Batula’s estranged husband Kyle Cooke, whom she split from in January.
Batula and Wilson initially kept their dalliance a secret before going public last month, igniting a scandal that fans have taken to calling ‘Scamanda.’
Undeterred, the couple have indulged in public displays of affection including a lip-lock on the kiss cam at Yankee Stadium earlier this month.
The viral baseball game moment led to an outpouring of contempt on social media, where observers posted jibes like: ‘somehow this is even worse than the coldplay concert,’ and: ‘It’s like watching siblings kiss.’

Ciara Miller on the other hand was heaped with public sympathy and has been cast on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars.
Meanwhile Olivera is involved with Irish app entrepreneur Eoin Heavey, who revealed in January that they had been together approximately nine months, via Bravo.
Olivera added that they had moved in together and were ‘navigating that. Cleaning out closets. Mostly me trying to get rid of stuff cause I have a lot of things.’
She added: ‘But yeah, basically we’re just trying to hang out, do our day-to-day stuff. Work. Play. We travel a lot, so that’s been nice.’
