Rand Paul won’t be brisk toward 2016

Potential GOP presidential possibilities Marco Rubio and Mike Huckabee have books alighting in stores this month, though electorate will have to wait until June to review Sen. Rand Paul’s grant to a genre — whatever it’s called.
