When Obama called in, Reid exclaimed, “Well, I’ll be damned!”

“Are we authorised to contend that on live radio?” Obama joked.

Reid steady himself and said, “Well I’ll be damned. What a guy!”

“Harry is singular and he’s got that curmudgeonly attract that is tough to replace,” Obama told Nevada Public Radio after the warn call. “I’m going to skip him. But a good thing is that I’m going to leave this place during a same time.”

Obama’s second tenure will end in Jan 2017, a same month that Reid leaves office.
