‘Inconceivable’ Obama library won’t be in Chicago?

CHICAGO — Will Barack Obama put his presidential library on a South Side of Chicago, where his domestic career was launched?

“I can tell we that from a standpoint of Chicagoans, it’s inconceivable” that Obama’s central library would be anywhere else, Axelrod pronounced in an talk with USA TODAY’s Capital Download about his memoir, Believer

New York’s Columbia University, where Obama perceived his undergraduate degree, is creation a bid for a library. The University of Illinois during Chicago and a University of Hawaii also are interested.
