Could this be a idea to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 platform? If there is one?

On Thursday, a same day Philadelphia won a Democrats’ subsequent presidential nominating convention, Mayor Michael Nutter signed into law a paid ill leave bill. And theory who likes it: Clinton tweeted her capitulation today.

Other cities with paid ill leave laws embody New York, Seattle, Portland, Ore., and Oakland, Calif.

Clinton has already voiced support for state ill leave laws, that now exist in California, Connecticut and Massachusetts. “We need to get paid leave supplies on each state list by 2016 that we can presumably conduct to do,” she pronounced in a Dec debate during a Massachusetts Conference for Women. When she was in a Senate, she backed a check to need paid ill leave for businesses that occupy some-more than 15 workers. Now President Obama is pulling for a sovereign paid ill leave law. He mentioned it in his State of a Union residence final month and a check has given been introduced in a House.

Clinton hasn’t had a complicated open report lately, and fundraising efforts for her proto-campaign are assembly with temperate responsean op-ed
