AKRON, Ohio — Days after a boss of Akron’s City Council took a promise of bureau as a city’s new mayor, he certified Friday to behaving inappropriately with a city employee

Mayor Garry Moneypenny was sworn in Sunday after Akron’s longest-serving mayor, Don Plusquellic abruptly announced his abdication in early May effective during a finish of that month. Plusquellic, 65, had pronounced a Akron Beacon Journal
