A Florida male is behind bars after being indicted of tossing a liter of “deadly urine” during a military officer.
Alfonsa Loftin, of West Palm Beach, was arrested final Tuesday morning after a Palm Beach County emissary responded to a call during his house.
When a officer knocked on a 40-year-old man’s door, a think allegedly greeted him with a large dash of urine
It is misleading who — or what — granted a urine. Police are describing a pee as a “deadly weapon” since urine can means respiratory infections or permanent corporeal harm, according to a report.
Loftin afterwards barricaded himself in his residence for several hours.
Police attempted unsuccessfully for several hours to get Loftin to obey before they kicked a hole in his doorway and shot him with a jolt gun.
Police attempted to detain Loftin, though a 6-foot, 3-inch, 300-pound think allegedly resisted by kicking, flailing and tossing some-more urine, according to WPBF.com.
Police pronounced Loftin threw a open one-liter bottle during deputies before grabbing a K-9 officer by a head.
Loftin was arrested on dual depends of aggravated battery on a military officer and dual depends of facing an officer with violence. He stays in a Palm Beach County Jail on $36,000 bond.Â
