A Florida male who was arrested and indicted of intimately assaulting a 6-year-old lady allegedly told military that it was a child’s fault.
Andres Bartolome Juan, 23, allegedly assaulted a lady twice in a washing room of an unit formidable in Lake Worth, Florida, on Jan. 31, according to reports.
