Former “Parks and Recreation” co-executive author and author Harris Wittels died from an random heroin overdose

Wittels was found passed in his Los Angeles home during a age of 30 on Feb. 19“drug paraphernalia, including a spoon, syringe top and ruins of latex balloons were recovered from a scene,”
