On Tuesday, while guest-hosting “The View,” singer Naya Rivera influenced some debate when she shared her viewpoint on personal hygiene
“I have to contend we have a speculation about showering, [which] is that we consider that white people immersion a lot some-more than ethnics,” she said. “I feel like immersion some-more than once a day or each day is such a white people thing.”
None of her associate co-hosts could utterly trust what they were hearing, and Rosie O’Donnell indeed forked out a lady in a audience, and said, “Look, there is an African-American lady right there in a yellow shirt that is about to have a heart attack.”
Rivera attempted to explain, her mom is half-black, half-Puerto Rican and she showers each day: “so we can contend this.” She added, “But we can contend that we am now married to a white male [Ryan Dorsey], and he showers a lot. Like, a lot — two, 3 times a day. I’m like, ‘What are we doing?'”
The 28-year-old fast attempted repairs control. “A investigate says, dermatologist contend we are usually ostensible to immersion once or twice each 3 days,” she said, “so I’m right on a mark.”
Despite dermatologists’ recommendations, Rivera’s comments did not go over good on Twitter
Meanwhile, Rivera brushed off critics with a tweet:
When we get out of a immersion today, get a clarity of humor. Love ya!
