LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) — With no leads and no motive, investigators have pleaded for a public’s assistance to find a gunman who shot and bleeding a relatives and uncle of a 3-week-old baby lady who after was found passed in a rabble bin nearby a Mexican limit 120 miles from her home, military say.
