“Look, I’ll be honest. we fucking hatred that movie. we hatred that movie. we was pushed into doing that film … [After] ‘Coach Carter,’ they sealed me for a three-picture understanding … And as a immature [actor], you’re like, ‘Oh my God, that sounds amazing, I’m doing that!'” Tatum explained that after his career picked up, a studio called him adult and told him, “‘Hey, we got a film for you. We’re gonna send it to you.’ And it’s ‘G.I. Joe.'”
