At about 7:20 p.m. , a shark bit a 32-year-old man’s left feet as he was in a H2O off Waikiki beach, internal news station KITV reported.

The male is in critical condition during a circuitously mishap center, KITV reported.

Another male who surfs during a beach each day saw a rescue workers arrive.

“We were surfing out there. It was firing, and we hear all this commotion, though we had no thought it had to do with a shark. It’s flattering crazy,” Kyle Kaiser told KITV. “We see sharks out here, we know, though mostly tiny sharks. we never hear about a store of big, tiger sharks or anything like that. So yeah, really rare. we couldn’t trust it.”

Kaiser remembers final year’s shark attacks function in October, even referencing a 2003 occurrence when Bethany Hamilton, a veteran surfer, mislaid her arm in a shark conflict off Kauai. “It seems like Oct is a month where this kind of thing happens,” he said.

These are a sixth and seventh shark attacks in Hawaii this year and a second and third in as many weeks on Oahu. Earlier this month, a surfer mislaid many of his left leg after a shark pounded him off Oahu’s north shore. One attack, that occurred in Apr on Maui, was fatal.

All shark attacks this year have happened in turbid or ghastly water.

There have been several uninterrupted days of sleet on a windward side of Oahu, where a punch occurred.
