B.J. Penn Arrested After Fight Outside Maui Bar

KIHEI, Hawaii (AP) — Maui military contend former two-time UFC champion B.J. Penn was arrested after fighting with a male outward a bar.

Police contend a Hilo native, whose genuine name is Jay D. Penn, was in a earthy rumpus with a 37-year-old male Saturday night outward a bar in Kihei.

The male was taken to Maui Memorial Medical Center, where he was treated and released.

Penn was taken into control though was not charged, military said. The 36-year-old was expelled tentative serve investigation.

Penn couldn’t immediately be reached for criticism Monday.
