The four new defendants are charged with conspiracy to obstruct the certifications of the 2020 presidential election results by Congress as well as with the destruction of the U.S. Capitol and knowingly entering restricted areas in and around the Capitol.
Isaacs faces two more counts than Hackett and Dolan for civil disorder and aiding and abetting. Isaacs allegedly attempted to “obstruct, impede, and interfere with a law enforcement officer” twice, including as officers were guarding the hallway between the Rotunda and Senate chamber during the attack.

All three – Hackett, Dolan and Isaacs – were arrested in Florida and face multiple counts. According to the indictment, they also took paramilitary gear, including firearms and supplies to Washington for the Jan. 6 Capitol attack.
The other 12 indicted Oath Keepers have pleaded not guilty. So far, only Jon Ryan Schaffer, an Oath Keeper member from Indiana, has pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in the Jan. 6 case.
