How To Make Cranberry Compound Butter — Because Fall

 Ingredients

2 sticks of butter, softened

1/2 c. uninformed or defrosted cranberries, coarsely chopped

1/4 c. orange juice

2 tsp. orange zest

2 Tbsp. uninformed rosemary, chopped

1 Tbsp. sea salt

Directions

Place all reduction into a middle sized play and crush together with a flare until combined.

Unroll a piece of vellum paper and place a reduction in a center. Form a reduction into a record and hang it firmly in a paper. Twist a ends of a paper to seal.

Refrigerate a hermetic butter overnight, afterwards cut off one finish of a vellum paper when prepared to use.
