Hero Who Drove Jeep Off Tow Truck: ‘They’re Sharks … So we Put It In Drive’
The Chicagoan who famously gathering his Jeep Wrangler off a draw lorry final week
The man, who customarily gave his name as Victor, pronounced his Jeep was still using when he left a Walgreens parking lot for about a notation to collect adult some muck opposite a street.
“I saw a draw lorry subsidy adult to my Jeep, so we walked adult and let him know, ‘Hey, I’m relocating it,'” Victor told HuffPost Weird News. “He decides to lift it adult anyway and take off with it … and my dog.”
Victor saw a YouTube video of his adventurous escape, that now became a viral sensation. In thespian footage held by Tony Marengo final Sunday night, Victor can be seen sitting in his automobile — that was being carried adult by a draw lorry during a time — yelling during a motorist to stop.
He told HuffPost that he’d had enough, and rolled down a window to scream, “Hey buddy, watch this!”
That’s when he gunned it.
Victor pronounced he was fearful to pronounce out until he reliable that what he did was totally legal.
“Legally he’s ostensible to put me down if I’m there during a towing process,” Victor said. “He thinks he’s gonna take my automobile with my bulldog in it? Hell no!”
He pronounced he knew what he was removing into by parking during a Walgreens, and customarily has an indifferent attribute with draw lorry drivers. But he alleges that this sold draw lorry motorist was violation each order in a book.
“[The Walgreens draw people] are famous for being sharks. They take people really quickly, and we knew what we was doing,” he said. “I’m flattering good during profitable for parking and following a rules. This man was only an violent crazy bastard! we know draw lorry drivers have to do their jobs, though perplexing to take off with me and my dog inside? That’s not right. It’s holding my automobile for ransom.”
