Via trains to resume Thursday in southwestern Ontario

Via Rail says it will resume use by a southwestern Ontario mezzanine on Thursday — running trains between Toronto and Windsor, Toronto and Sarnia and on a Toronto-Niagara route. 

Via is also resuming use between Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City.

Passengers in a segment will have been but rail ride given Thursday since of anti-pipeline blockades.
