The agency is also continuing to review and approve some marketing authorization applications submitted years ago for leading vapes that tend to be sold in service stations and convenience stores. But it recently said that it did not expect to finish the review of the applications already submitted before next year.
Those taking part in the settlement are: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
