(Senate of Canada)<\/p>\n<p>The author of a damning report earlier this year that led to the eventual resignation of Sen. Don Meredith has herself resigned.<\/p>\n<p>Senate ethics officer Lyse Ricard&#8217;s departure was announced Monday by Sen.
